LOCANDA CA 'SAN NICOLO', an old house, recently restored with secular wooden beams and bricks baked to ceilings, all located a few kilometres from the city

We are, in a strategic position, no more than ten minutes from the historic centre of Bologna, and, for those who reach the motorway or by tangential the time required bypass - traffic permitting- is never more than a quarter of an hour.

Incorporated in a very natural relaxation and comfort, far from the noise and noise pollution, light, ideally as part-time that each of us has to make some short trip on foot or by bicycle through the fields. We are in other words out of the city while being neighbours.
